Z510 random shut downs (hard) when plugged in

hi
I have a lenovo z510 (nm-a181 rev:1.0 ) it shut down randomly when its plugin
but on battery it works good.

-i test it with original adapter.
- reprograming the bios and EC.
-i change the charge pwm.
but still the problem not solved.
